Contract Building Consent Officer

Are you looking to move out of your current job into the contracting space? ComplyNZ is always on the lookout for good candidates. The attributes that make up a good candidate for working with ComplyNZ as a contract BCO are:

• Current competence to a minimum of Residential 3 unsupervised.

• A qualification that meets the requirements of Regulation 18 of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006.

• A spare 20 - 40+ hours per week.

• A stable high-speed internet connection.

• A home office from which to work.

• The ability to complete communication within standard New Zealand business hours, regardless of where you live.
